The family stories that I have heard all say that Patricia, Cyril's wife, was a bully & in a reversal of what most people believe happens in stories of abuse, it was Patricia who used to beat up Cyril. They lived in London, England, but to get away from his abusive wife, Cyril moved back to Wales to be closer to family. He is actually buried near his brother Wyndhamยดs family in Cornelly Cemetery, Glamorgan, Wales.
