Arakurayama Sengen Park Photos
Arakurayama Sengen Park is famous for that postcard‑perfect view of the Chureito Pagoda with Mount Fuji rising behind it, the kind of scene everyone hopes to capture when they visit Japan. Unfortunately, the long climb up to the viewpoint was a bit more than I could manage on the day, so I didn’t make it to the top myself.
The photos in this album were kindly shared with me by someone else on our tour who did make the climb. They were generous enough to let me include their shots here so the gallery, and the story of the trip, still feels complete. Thankyou Mark.
Even though these aren’t my own photos, they represent a moment from the journey that I didn’t want to leave out. I hope you enjoy seeing the view I missed, and that it adds another piece to the picture of Japan from this tour.
