Fuji Sengen Shrine Photos
Fuji Sengen Shrine was one of the places on the trip where everything suddenly felt calm. Tucked among tall trees at the foot of Mount Fuji, it had that quiet, old‑Japan atmosphere that makes you slow down without even realising it. I remember walking through the grounds thinking how peaceful it all felt, no rush, no noise, just the sound of the wind moving through the forest.
These photos are simply the moments that caught my eye while wandering around the shrine: the lanterns, the pathways, the textures of the old wooden buildings, and the sense of stillness that hangs in the air. Nothing staged, nothing fancy, just what it felt like to be there.
If you scroll through the gallery, I hope it gives you a little of that same calm I felt standing under those trees at the base of Fuji.
