The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary is a unique project set in Thailand. My mum would have loved to have gone there, and I would love to have shared this bucket list experience with her.
About the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary.
The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary was established in the 1990s, and it aims to provide a sanctuary and a rescue centre for elephants. The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary has locations in Thailand. They are in Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya and Samui. They provide a refuge for dozens of distressed elephants from all over Thailand. I have always loved elephants and would love to visit this sanctuary someday, maybe as part of a more extensive tour of Thailand.
I have seen many elephants in zoos, nature reserves, and circus shows worldwide, and I believe they should all be left roaming freely. It is nice to see an elephant nature park like this set up to try to reverse some of the harm men have done to this beautiful animal over the years.
