I have no memory of these stories other than what has been told to me by my parents, but I did have a major role in them. They involve me as a baby, & my grandmother, Doris Daniels, who had passed away sixteen days before I was born.

On day 4 of my holiday, the Costa Favolosa, docked at Cadiz, Spain & I went ashore for a prebooked tour.

Fareham to Lima.
Today, I flew from Heathrow in London to Lima in Peru via Madrid in Spain with Iberia Airlines. Getting to the airport was easy. Tony, a friend of mine, took me to Heathrow & because of a clear run, we were there an hour before we needed to be.

I woke around 5:45 this morning, 15 minutes before my alarm went off. I packed my last belongings to take to Spain, made sure mum was okay & then sat watching television until my friend Les arrived to pick me up to take me to Fareham train Station.

My ancestors in Wales had been miners and I have always been interested in what they had to go through as miners. The conditions they had worked in, in Wales, would have been different, but I would get an idea of what they went through after visiting a local mine in La Union, Murcia.

I have always been fascinated by the Leaning Tower of Piza & have always wanted to go there. Recently, more of my friends have visited it & after seeing their photos, I have put it on my bucket list as a place I want to go to before I die.

Les Wallace, dart player.
In 1997 Les Wallace became the first left-handed dart player to win the World Dart Championship. I have met Les a couple of times since then.
